intervention group:intraocular injection of Conbercept(KH902) with a dose at 0.5mg at the time points of plaque removal and the month 1, 2, 5, 8, 11 after plaque removal

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged>18 years; 2. Sufferred from the primary uveal melanoma ,and height is among 4-8mm, diameter<16mm; 3. No affect the macular or optical disc, no extraocular diffuse and metastasis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Radiation treatment or surgical history of the affected eye; 2. Pregnancy or suckling period; 3. Unable to participate one-year follow-up.
