Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with obstructive jaundice and failed an ERCP or inaccessible ampulla of Vater: (1) Surgically altered anatomy; (2) Upper intestinal obstruction; (3) Difficulty bile duct intubation; 2. Patients with common bile duct stones and failed an ERCP or inaccessible ampulla of Vater 1. Surgically altered anatomy; 2. Upper intestinal obstruction; 3. Difficulty bile duct intubation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindication to endoscopic biliary drangage incuding ERCP and EUS-guidance, such as massive ascitese, or performance status 3 or 4 (Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group [ECOD] score); 2. The coagulation study results and platelet counts were confirmed to be normal; 3. Patients with severe organ failure; 4. Failure to obtain consent.
