Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients who are diagnosed with end-stage hepatic alveolar echinococcosis(which invaded the first, second and third hepatic hilum); 2. aged 15~46 years male and female; 3. voluntary participation and informed consent and signature; 4. patients who are expected to accept surgery treatment(ex vivo resection combined with autotransplantation); 5. patients who have good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who do not meet the inclusion criteria; 2. patients who redused to sign informed consent file; 3. patients who can't tolerate the surgery; 4. pregnancy, breastfeeding women; 5. patients who have poor compliance.
