Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 65 years or older, low-energy hip fracture; 2. Patients willing to accept surgical treatment; 3. Patients willing to be surveyed and followed-up, Signed and dated IRB/EC- approved written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who lost follow-up within 3 months or refuse to follow up after the operation

the cumulative rates of severe complications within three months after surgery (deep vein thrombosis, Pulmonary embolism, pneumonia, Urinary tract infections, Cardiovascular and brain accidents, etc);EQ-5D-3L scores after surgery;

Hip Harris Scores after surgery;rates of re-fractues and rates of re-surgery;cumulative rates of matality within one year after surgery;the cumulative rates of severe complications at other periods after surgery;The cumulative rates of martality at other periods after surgery;
