Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pathological diagnosis of laryngeal carcinoma (squamous carcinoma); Surgical treatment (total laryngectomy or partial laryngectomy) was performed for the first time; Above 18 years of age; Normal cognitive ability, simple writing ability; Volunteer to participate in this book and sign informed consent in person

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Combine other serious diseases; Preoperative pulmonary infection; Airway development deformity;To refuse or fail to sign informed consent to participate in the trial;Have personality or mental disorders
