18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All women for fertility-sparing treatment should meet the following standards:younger than 40 years old with strong desire for fertility preservation; IA1 ~ IIA stage; pathological types: squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, adenosquamous carcinoma; wihout lymph node metastasis in MRI or PET-CT images; without obvious infertility factors; fully informed consent; with precise preoperative pathological diagnosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: older than 40 years old ;beyond the IIA stage; wih lymph node metastasis in MRI or PET-CT images; with infertility factors; not fully informed consent; without precise preoperative pathological diagnosis.
