Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 16-70 years old; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for distal radius fracture (with ulnar styloid or distal ulna fracture); (3) Patients without severe underlying diseases in heart, brain, lung, kidney or other vital organs, and preoperative ASA grading of I to II; (4) Patients who volunteered to participate this study himseif, and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative ASA grading of III or above; (2) Patients with fractures in other bones; (3) Patients with old distal radius fracture; (4) Open fracture (excluding Type Gustilo I ); (5) Patients with diabetes mellitus or other severe metabolic diseases; (6) Gastric emptying disorder (such as gastroesophageal reflux, history of chronic aspiration, delayed gastric emptying ), complete obstruction of digestive tract or patients who cant use enteral preparations; (7) Patients with underlying diseases, such as severe heart failure or severe renal insufficiencywhich will have an effect on the assessment of the safety of this study; (8) Patients with mental disorders, alcohol dependence or a history of drug abuse; (9) Pregnant or lactating women; (10) Allergic constitution or patients who are always allergic to a variety of drugs; (11) Other patients who were considered unsuitable for this study by researchers.
