Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 65 years old or above; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for hip fracture; (3) Patients who volunteered to participate this study himseif, and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with fractures in other bones; (2) Injured for more than 3 weeks; (3) Metastatic fracture; (4) periprosthetic fractures; (5) Patients with diabetes mellitus or other severe metabolic diseases; (6) Gastric emptying disorder (such as gastroesophageal reflux, history of chronic aspiration, delayed gastric emptying ), complete obstruction of digestive tract or patients who cant use enteral preparations; (7) Patients with underlying diseases, such as severe heart failure or severe renal insufficiencywhich will have an effect on the assessment of the safety of this study; (8) Patients with mental disorders, alcohol dependence or a history of drug abuse; (9) Allergic constitution or patients who are always allergic to a variety of drugs; (10) Other patients who were considered unsuitable for this study by researchers.
