Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Secondary Hyperparathyroidism(SHPT): Concentration of iPTH>800pg/mL; Active vitamin D shock resistance,combined with pre-dialysis hypercalcemia or hyperphosphatemia; Hyperparathyroidism related symptoms, such as stealgia, Ekbom, osteoporosis and aypnia etc.; Parathyroid nodules with a diameter greater than 5mm are detected by ultrasound; Existence of a safe needle insertion path; Prothrombin time is no more 5 seconds than high normal limit, PTA>50%, PLT>50×10^9/L; 2. Primary Hyperparathyroidism(PHPT): Patients with PHPT related symptoms; Asymptomatic patients combined with any of the following situations: (1) Hypercalcemia, blood calcium is more 0.25mmol/L than high normal limit; (2) Renal impairment, Ccr50%, PLT>50×10^9/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No parathyroid nodules are detected by ultrasound; 2. MIBI shows no radioactive concentration in the nodules; 3. Severe coagulation disorder; 4. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction.
