Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. part of the shoulder cuff injury is diagnosed by clinical assessment and MRI; 2. there was no significant improvement in the symptoms and function of the shoulder joint after more than 3 months of conservative treatment; 3. the history is longer (more than 3 months in general), and short-term shoulder pain, weak symptoms, etc., are seriously affecting the daily life.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) shoulder cuff injury to a full layer of tear; (2) patients with Bankart defects (including two tendon injuries); (3) an obvious bone defect or an open patient; (4) patients who have had the muscle atrophy or the combination of nerve injury to the blood vessel before the operation; (5) patients who are participating in other clinical trials; (6) the researchers think other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
