Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years or older at the time of enrollment, to be able to understand and sign the informed consent, and scheduled for glaucoma surgery; 2. A glaucoma diagnosis with glaucomatous optic nerve damage and visual field defects, optic nerve, and (or) perimetry in line with angle-closure glaucoma diagnosis (C/D> 0.6, C/D difference in both eyes> 0.2); 3. With the maximum medicament, elevated intraocular pressure may still cause further damage to the optic nerve, or intolerance, poor compliance if they had historically recorded maximum IOP of 21 mm Hg or greater.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe cardiovascular, respiratory or other systemic diseases; (2) History of mental illness; (3) anticoagulant agents and renal dialysis; (4) pregnancy; (5) previous penetrating or non-penetrating surgeries in the study eye; (6) Refuse to sign the informed consent; (7) Those who cannot adhere to the follow-up.
