Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with resistant hypertension (in improving lifestyle, on the basis of application of the best and reasonable joint can tolerance dose of three or more than 3 kinds of antihypertensive drugs including diuretics, in a certain period of time (at least > 1 month) drug adjustment, on the basis of four or more than 4 kinds of antihypertensive drugs or to take systolic blood pressure 160 MMHG or higher). By ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and home blood pressure self-test eliminate pseudo resistant blood pressure. Treatment of informed consent form signed by patients themselves and their families.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary hypertension, renal vascular anomalies (including severe renal artery stenosis, line has renal angioplasty or renal artery carotid stenting, or known to have double renal artery), pregnancy, acute myocardial infarction, or cerebrovascular accident, it is difficult to control the bleeding tendency, various active infectious disease, refused to sign treatment will be informed consent, and the researchers think that is not suitable for other patients as the research object.
