Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) unrescetable renal malignant tumor; (2) the expected survival time more than 3 months; (3) Karnofsky Performance Scale (KPS) >60; (4) willingness and ability to comply with the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. severe coagulation defect; 2. can not tolerate general anesthesia; 3. can not be completely ablation preoperative evaluation; 4. severe cardiopulmonary function or hepatic renal dysfunction; 5. presence of cardiac pacemaker.
