Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as unilateral hemispheric infarction or hemorrhage for the first time, confirmed by CT or MRI; 2. Fitting the diagnosis of dysphagia; 3. VFSS shows abnormality in the pharyngeal stage; 4. Duration of stroke and dysphagia between 1 and 6 months; 5. Sober patients of stable life signs, none fever or lung infection; 6. Aged between 50 and 75 years old; 7. Patients given informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. previous stroke history; 2. previous dysphagia history; 3. patiens with severe cognitive impairment, or aphasia; 4. patients who are not able to cooperate during the examinations and treatments.
