18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: between the ages of 18 to 60; the radiographic examination identified Crown I type developmental dysplasia of the hip, without or with Tonnis 1-2 degree hip osteoarthritis; BMI<30.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: with Tonnis 3 degree osteoarthritis of the hip; with dislocation or subluxation of the hip; with severe osteoporosis; with some diseases with bone destruction; with allergic constitution; patients with long-term hormone therpy who can not stop the medicine; with muscle weakness; Psychological and mental disorders cannot match the treatment; patients who have cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are not suitable for operation.
