Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who will undertake selective surgery; 2. Meet the standard of American Society of Anesthesiologists'(ASA) physical status 1 to 3; 3. Aged 18 to 60 years;Those weighing=50kg;?Those with a prediction of less than 2 hour operation time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. suffered from cardiopulmonary dysfunctions, severe hepatic and renal dysfunctions or conagulation disorder; 2. with head-neck malformation or mouth opening <2cm; 3. with symptomatic acute upper respiratory infection; 4. with a potentially airway disease or malformation; 5. with history of gastroesophageal reflux disease; 6. with history of head-neck surgery or limited neck extension or cervical spondylopathy; 7. with loosening or absent of teeth; 8. ling-term taking hormore drugs; 9. exiting any other factors that would affect the results of the research.
