18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged between 18-65 years; 2) With typical symptoms and signs of cervical and/or lumber spondylosis; 3) MRI confirmed spinal cord or nerve root compression; 4) Accompanied with symptoms of cervical and/or low back pain; 5) Plan to accept intervertebral disc resection surgery; 6) Agreed to join the study and signed a written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of spinal trauma or surgery; 2) Have other causes or underlying causes of cervical or low back pain or other systemic or serious illness; 3) Confirmed congenital or developmental spine abnormalities; 4) Can not follow this research for personal reasons.
