Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged between 18 and 65 years old; 2) With typical symptoms and signs of cervical spondylotic myelopathy and/or cervical spondylotic radiculopathy; 3) Cervical spinal cord or nerve root compression confirmed by the MRI; 4) With concommitant tinnitus, and the onset or exacerbation of tinnitus is consistent with neck pain; 5) Plan to receive anterior cervical discectomy and fusion surgery; 6) Agreed to join the study and sign a written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) History of cervical trauma and surgery; 2) With the following diseases: Vertigo, Meniere disease, middle ear disease, intracranial lesions, whip-like injury, temporomandibular dysfunction and other systemic or severe diseases; 3) Confirmed congenital or developmental cervical abnormalities; 4) Can not follow this research for personal reasons.
