41 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 40 to 75 years old, male or female; 2) Pulmonary function examination in the dispersion function (DLco) moderate reduction; 3) pulmonary CT examination for the evaluation of the disease performance (such as emphysema, branch expansion, fibrosis); 4) fully informed of the purpose of the study, methods and possible discomfort, agreed to participate in the study, and signed informed consent; 5) willing to complete Pulmonary function examination and fiberoptic bronchoscopy operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) can not tolerate fiberoptic bronchoscopy; 2) patients with obvious pulmonary infection and need anti-infection treatment; 3) those with malignant tumors; 4) Before the election, patients use (> 1 week) amiodarone and other drugs long-term ,which may cause pulmonary fibrosis; 5) the election to participate in other drug researchers 3 months before; 6) having serious other system diseases and organ dysfunction; 7) Pregnant women, lactating women or recent fertility plans, and those who can not take effective contraceptive measures; 8) patients with abnormal liver and kidney function (ALT> 1.5 times the upper limit of normal; Cr> 1.5 times the upper limit of normal); 9) Researchers believe that there is any person who is not suitable for inclusion.
