18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Receiving elective liver tumor resection, including primary liver cancer, cholangiocarcinoma, hemangioma, etc; 2. The tumor is bigger than 8cm or nearby the major branch of portal vein or hepatic vein; 3. Aged =18 years, ASA physical status IIII, BMI<30; 4. General anesthesia, whether or not combined with epidural block.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with aortic regurgitation; 2. Patients with major artery stenosis disease, peripheral vascular disease and arterial catheterization contraindication; 3. Laparoscopic surgery; 4. Patients with mental disorders or cognitive dysfunction and uncooperative subjects; 5. Failure to obtain informed consent.
