Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diabetes-related of renal failure, the specific criteria are: (1) 18 to 65 years of age; (2) IDDM history > 5 years; (3) Exogenous insulin intensive treatment still can not control blood sugar; (4) Hypoglycemia with disturbance of consciousness; (5) Due to instability blood sugar lead to hospitalized more than twice in 18 months; (6)Severe diabetes complicated with renal failure need to renal transplantation or hemodialysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) severe heart disease; (2) severe mental disorders, poor compliance or alcoholism; (3)suffering from infection or malignant tumors; (4) body weight heavier than the ideal body weight more than 25%; (5) existing evidence of endogenous insulin secretion, such as type 2 diabetes; (6) smoking; (7) pregnancy or preparation of pregnancy.
