Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: women with PCOS undergoing laparoscopic and/or hysteroscopic surgery due to clomifene citrate resistance, tubal factor, endometriosis, or unexplained infertility were recruited at the Reproductive Centre of Peking University Third Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: excluding all those not meet with above conditions and patients who unwilling to be recruited
