Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Normal: fasting blood glucose 7.0mmol / 1 or DM symptoms plus random venous plasma glucose> = 11.1mmol / 1 or OGTT test 2h> = 11.1mmol / 1 was diagnosed as T2DM patients. (Note: fasting standard: fasting> = 8h: Random blood sugar: do not consider the last fasting time of any time blood glucose; DM symptoms: more Drink, polyuria and weight loss without cause).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclude criteria: (1) special types of DM and pregnancy DM; (2) suffering from tumor and liver, kidney and other organs severe loss (3) with other endocrine diseases such as thyroid; (4) taking antibiotics and micro-ecological NN in the past month; (5) Nearly 4 weeks of diarrhea or other gastrointestinal diseases; (6) previous history of gastrointestinal surgery;
