Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: In 2008, Labat JJ, et aldemonstrated the Nantes Criteria for the diagnosis of PN by PNE, generally we adopted this criteria, our specific inclusion criteria is as follows: 1. Unilateral pain in the anatomical territory of pudendal nerve; 2. Pain obviously relief after diagnostic pudendal nerve block; 3. Pain is prodominantly experienced while sitting (pain relief when sitting on the toilet); 4.Pain doesnt wake the patient at night; 5.The patient cant relieve pain after oral drug or physical therapy (hip path, et al), and no objective sensory loss on clinical examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria included that the patient who was intolerance to the operation procedures or had no ability to complete the visual analogue score(VAS), short form health survey (SF-36) and patient health questionnaire(PHQ-9). Besides, if the PN patient PHQ-9 > 15 before treatment, they werent enrolled in this study.
