15 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged between 15-65 years old, gender is not limited; 2. patients were diagnosed as bone defect, requiring bone regeneration; 3. patient who sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. malignant tumor; 2. myelodysplastic syndromes; 3. infection; 4. post high-dose radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 5, hematopoietic diseases.
