18 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All of the patients were diagnosed as DM according to the WHO diabetic definition standard by the admitting physician before hospitalization.The random blood glucose is between 4.0-22.2 mmol/L. All of the patients were meet the criterion of ophthalmologic surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with infection or acute metabolic diabetic complications such as ketoacidosis or hyperosmolar state (coma); 2. Patients with nephropathy(Cr>1.768mmol/L),severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 3. patients used systemic glucocorticoid in last 3 months; 4. Noncompliance in diet control; 5. Pregnant; 6.Any other condition that is improper for this study judged by researchers.
