Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) maintenance hemodialysis >3 months, Kt/V>1.2; (2) regular dialysis, 3 times/week, 4 hours/time; (3) HP treatment was not accepted before the study; (4) no residual renal function (<500ml/d); (5) voluntary subjects and sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) known to dialysis hemoperfusion materials, allergic reactions, is contraindicated or not tolerated; (2) platelet count < 60*10^9/L; (3) serum albumin <30g/l; (4) patients with coagulation disorders, severe bleeding tendency or active bleeding; (5) patients with acute infection in the near future; (6) severe heart, lung and nervous system diseases and other severe cases; (7) non self arteriovenous fistula hemodialysis access
