4 Years to 12 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with severe hemophilia A (FVIII:C<1%); 2. Aged from 4 to 12 years old; 3. Expose day is more than 100 days; 4. Antibody is negative; 5. Treatment with blood-borne clotting factor VIII or recombinant coagulation factor VIII; 6. Wihtout history of operation on the joints or synovial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Antibody is positive or there is a history which antibody is positive; 2. With infectious diseases such as hepatitis b, hepatitis c, HIV and syphilis, other bleeding and clotting disorders such as ITP; 3. There is a plan to operate on the joints or synovial during the follow-up period (except emergency).
