Five treatment groups:monofocal IOLs, trifocal IOLs, diffractive multifocal IOLs, zonal refractive IOLs and extended range of vision IOLs

40 Years to 89 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients diagnosed with age-related cataract in our eye center; 2. aged between 40 to 89 years old; 3. receive intraocular lens implantations of Oculentis BV L-313, Zeiss AT Lisa tri 839MP, Abbott TECNIS ZMB00, Oculentis BV LS-313 MF15 or Abbott TECNIS Symfony ZXR00; 4. patients willing to cooperate with follow-up observation and signed agreement.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. allergic to any medication used in the study; 2. corneal astigmatism higher than 1.5D; 3. irregular corneal astigmatism; 4. history of previous ophthalmologic operation 5. history of high ametropia, chronic eye inflammation, abnormal iris, glaucoma, retinal detachment or other retinal diseases,neuro-ophthalmological diseases; 6. severe diabetes mellitus, hypertension, autoimmune diseases with eye involvement; severe cerebral vessel diseases, heart insufficiency, kidney insufficiency, reading difficulty, psychological diseases; 7. pregnant and lactating women.
