Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According with diagnostic criteria for plantar pain; 2. Conservative treatment of the system is invalid, the need for surgical treatment; 3. No surgical contraindications; 4. Agreed to participate in the study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Plantar pain is not related to the distribution of weight-bearing disorders. Gouty arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and other connective tissue diseases; foot deformity and trauma; a forefoot surgery (including joint arthroplasty, fusion surgery); Morton syndrome; intermetatarsal neuroma; tarsal tunnel syndrome; metatarsal skull cartilage (Kohler-Freiberg disease); combined with other severe spine, hip, knee and ankle joint disease; severe diabetic patients; patients with acute infectious diseases; Severe nerve injury was not included in this study.
