Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. female patients over the age of 18 years; 2. patients with benign breast mass with radiofrequency ablation; 3. according to the GCP code and the clinical trial research program guide SPIRIT, obtain informed consent, voluntary trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant and lactating women; 2. family members or donors do not sign informed consent; 3. important organs have primary disease; 4. other reasons that the researchers did not think fit for the experiment.
