Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with clavicular fracture requiring internal fixation were selected, ASA I-II, aged 18-60 years, conscious, can communicate, no allergic to local anesthetics, to be able to understand and voluntarily sign informed consent,willing to follow the requirements of the study, with the researcher visiting time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from malignant tumors, poor overall condition; 2. The puncture site with active infection; 3. History of drug abuse in the first 2 years; 4. Communication barriers, unable to objectively describe symptoms; 5. Currently participating in another clinical study; 6. Any experimental drug is currently in use (without the approval of the health authorities).
