Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years old; 2. Patients sufferring benign thyroid nodules; 3. The patient's own conditions cannot tolerate surgery or patients subjective intention to refuse surgery; 4. Meet one of the following conditions: (1) Functional nodular with hyperthyroidism symptom; (2) Abnormal ultrasonic images to the cervical lymph nodes; (3) Having a history of neck radiation or childhood exposure to radiation pollution; (4) Patients with thyroid thought concerns overweight affect normal life and refuse to clinical observation (hope to recieve minimally invasive interventional treatment); (5) Patients' subjective symptoms were obviously related with nodules (such as: foreign body sensation, neck discomfort or pain, etc.) or affect beauty.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Huge retrosternal goiter or most thyroid nodules located behind the breastbone; 2. There are bulky calcifications in thyroid nodule; 3. The function of the contralateral vocal cord is abnormal; 4. Serious coagulation mechanism; 5. Severe heart and lung disease.
