16 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. having unilateral lesions due to first-ever ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke; 2. disease duration more than 6 months; 3. being aged between 16 and 75 years; 4. having the ability to operate EEG-based BCI by imagining the movement of the paretic wrist(being assessed by the EEG analysis); 5. being assessed with Mini-Mental State Exam(MMSE) and not having cognitive impairment; 6. no visible range of motion of the wrist.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: without the ability of motor imaginary;with significant cognition, audio and visual impairment; metal implants in body; contraditions for MRI; Pregnant or lactating women;patients'condition is unstable and not suitable to participate in the study; Poor compliance and could not finish the whole study.
