Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The pathological diagnosis is bile duct cancer, including gallbladder carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma and so on; 2. The predictive survival time longer than 3 months; 3. Approved by in person of by client, and volunteering to offer relevant personal information, tissue specimen etc; 4. PKS score more than 60 and chemotherapy and targeted therapy can be tolerated by the patient through comprehensive evaluation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable or refusing to the specimens, including tumor tissue, malignant hydrothorax and ascites or circulating tumor cells; 2. Refusing to accept relevant therapies or follow-up.
