Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with dirrerent NSOL; under general anesthesia; Computed tomography(CT) scan was used to evaluate the lesions of all the patients before the operation; All patients got detailed information about this new technique and signed informed consent before participating in this study; All patients also were informed that a conventional wide-open operation might be needed if we encountered any difficulty e.g. uncontrolled bleeding that cant be solved by endoscope-assisted surgery; Besides, all the cut samples were diagnosed by fast frozen pathology; And orbital-maxillary-zygomatic complex patients suffering from fracture andspace-occupying lesions. On one side of the lesion, on the other side is normal
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients can't tolerate general anesthesia.
