12 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. A single thyroid papillary carcinoma with diameter of less than 1cm, confirmed by pathology; 2. The tumor locates inside thyroid, and dont invasive the thyroid capsule; 3. No neck lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis; 4. Unwilling to undergo surgery and refused to clinical observe.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The multiple thyroid tumor, or with diameter of more than 1cm, or with bulky calcification; 2. The tumor has invaded the thyroid capsule; or with lymph metastasis or distant metastasis; 3. non-papillary carcinoma confirmed by pathology; 4. Severe clotting mechanism disorder or severe cardiopulmonary failure.
