Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as nutcracker syndrome by ultrasonography of the spermatic vein and Doppler spectral analysis of left renal vein; 2. Nutcracker syndrome indications for surgical treatment: Symptoms did not significantly alleviate or aggravate after 2 years of observation or symptomatic treatment; severe pain does not alleviate or severe varicose veins in men; severe complications such as dizziness, anemia And renal dysfunction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Excluding factors that may cause hematuria, proteinuria, low back pain and other causes, such as cancer, stones, tuberculosis, coagulation disorders, poisoning and glomerular diseases; 2. Patients with other systems of serious diseases can not adopt surgical treatment.
