2 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. SAA, including patients with type I and type II SAA; 2. between the ages of 1-50 years old, male or female; 3. families signed the informed consent and donor signed the hematopoietic stem cell donation consent; 4. non HLA matched donor; 5. severe transfusion dependent patients; 6. invalid immunosuppressive therapy or relapse; 7. with follow-up conditions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. PNH or Fanconi aplastic anemia; 2. chromosomal analysis showed clonal disease; 3. major organ dysfunction; 4. tumor and the serious infectious diseases; 5. severe infection; 6. others not suitable for Haplo-HSCT.
