Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosis of pri-mary symptomatic KOA according to the criteria of theAmerican College of Rheumatology; 2. Kellgren and Lawrence score =2; 3. aged between40 and 65 years; 4. without recived surgery of lower limb; 5. agree to inform consent and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. people with serious heart and nervous system disease; 2. people with other rheumatic disease; 3. people with other joints disease; 4. people could not cooperate; 5. patients with serious knee trauma, surgical intervention, or intraarticular knee injection in the last 6 months
