3 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Definitely diagnosed with moderate or severe pulmonary vein stenosis and associated with significantly clinical symptoms; 2. Aged 3 to 80 years old; 3. Body weight is 18kg or more over; 4. Informed consent was obtained from all patients or itss representative; 5. Agreed to complete clinical follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Serious heart and pulmonary vascular malformation; Severe chest wall deformity; Acute heart failure; Active infection or endocarditis; Leukopenia; Acute or chronic anemia; Aspirin or heparin allergy; Urine or serum pregnancy test positive; The percutaneous treatment for pulmonary vein stenosis is impossible; iliaca vessels can not be get through safety with the sheath.
