Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >18 years; 2. Patients with proximal humeral fractures; 3. Fresh fractures (within 3 weeks after trauma); 4. Patients' consents were obtained; 5. Patients can tolerate surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are other fractures on the ipsilateral upper extremity; 2. Combined with Shaft fractures or joint dislocation; 3. There are other diseases or surgical history on the ipsilateral upper extremity; 4. Im-repairable rotator cuff injuries; 5. Infections on the shoulder; 6. Nerve injuries; 7. Open fractures; pathological fractures; 8. Mental disorder; 9. Fellow-up <3 months.
