18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patient aged 18 to 70 years; 2. chest ct or bronchoscope shows that airway strictures is located in the upper segment of the trachea; 3. the airway strictures was caused by intubation, incision or post operation; 4. >50% obstruction of the lumen.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients who deny signatures on the informed consent or disobey the study protocal; (2) airway stenosis caused by other reasons; (3) continued bleeding in the trachea; (4) complicated with small airway stenosis, obstruction, pneumothorax, mediastinal emphysema; subcutaneous emphysema; (5) severe damaged lung or heart function; (6) severe infection in the airway; (7) Intolerance with the bronchoscopy.
