Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 0-16 years old, male or female, their parents have willing to participate in this study; 2. The diagnosis of lipoma tethered cord syndrome by the clinical manifestations, physical examination and radiological results; 3. Without surgical treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients have been diagnosed with congenital disorders of other systems
