Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical stage T1, T2 stage hypopharyngeal and laryngeal carinoma,without suspicious cervical lymph nodes and distant lymph node metastasis; 2. First cases treated by surgery in our department for the first time; 3. Aged 18 to 80 years old; 4. Without obvious surgical contraindications; 5. Patients without another cancer disease; 6. Whole body foundation is in good condition,liver and kidney function is in a normol level(glomerular filtration rate >20ml/min, without renal failure; liver function Child-Pugh improvement stage is B level or above.); 7. with the doctor, with follow-up. Good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. there is another cancer except hypopharyngeal and laryngeal carinoma; 2. Being pregnant or in breastfeeding; 3. Patients with severe liver and kidney function damage who cannot tolerate surgery and anesthesia; 4. First case who did not receive radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the throat; 5. Patients with hypopharyngeal and laryngeal carinoma TNM stage T3, T4 stage with lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis; 6. Poor coordination, unwilling to accept follow-up; 7. Other conditions that may result in the test cannot be carried out.
