18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years old male and female; 2. dentition defect or missing which meet the criterior of dental implants treatment; 3. No soft or hard tissue defect which may infect dental implantation; 4. willing to take part in the study and can keep the rules of follow up study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. having take part in any other clinical study program in three months; 2. allergic constitution; 3. involved with endocrinal and metabolic diseases or hematological system diseases or cardiovasticular diseases; 4. systemic or focal bone diseases, inculde bone tuberculosis or bone tumors; 5. involved with systemic autoimmune diseases; 6. nervous system diseases; 7. mental diseases; 8. Pathological mucosa lesions; 9. after Head and neck radiotherapy; 10. uncontroled periodontitis or poor oral hygiene; 11. poor bite habit; 12. bone defect or poor bone quality; 13. bone hypoplasia or pathological changes; 14. Dry mouth syndrome; 15. lactating women or pregnancey women; 16. long term taking special drugs; 17. alcohol or drug addiction; 18. any other condition which is considered as not suit for the study.
