18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient aged 18 to 65 years; 2. Patients needde to have a minium of two incisors, one canine, one premolar, and one molar in all four quadrants; 3. Patients should not have undergone SRP or any periodontal treatment in the previous 12 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those requiring propylactic antibiotics before periodontal SRP; 2. Those suffering from any psychiatric disorders or chronic pain problems; 3. Patients with coagulation disorders or on anticoagulation therapy; 4. Female patients those were pregnant or lactating; 5. Patients are having acute periodontal pain, pulpitis, abscesses, or ther acute infections.
