HVHF group:High-volume hemofiltration 50-70ml/kg.h
CVVH group:continuous vena-venous hemofiltration 35ml/kg.h
Control group:conventional therapy for ARDS

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged from 1 month to 13 years old; (2) Be diagnosed with moderate, and severe ARDS according to the Berlin definition of acute respiratory distress syndrome; (3) Be in 3 days after diagnosed with ARDS and with PaO2/FiO2<120mmHg; (4) Have Invasive ventilator assisted ventilation; (5) Without severe disease of heart, liver, renal and hematological system; (6) Signed informed consent by patients or their guardians.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who are already have chronic lung disease; (2) Be out of 3 days after diagnosed with ARDS; (3) Advanced neoplasm and leukemia complication with ARDS; (4) Be hypersusceptibility or intolerance to bio-membrane; (5) With severe disease of heart, liver, renal and hematological system; (6) Participate in other clinical trials in last 3 months; (7) Any medical history that can disturb the clinical results and increase risk of patients; (8) Patients' compliance is not very well and can't complete the trial strictly.
