1 Years to 17 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) diagnosed by clinical manifestation,pathology, spink5 gene sequencing,the expression of LEKTI in skin declined or absent; 2) Male and female aged 1 to 17 years; 3) stable life signs; 4) inform consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) recieved MSCs therapy in 90 days; 2) recieved immunosupressive therapy in 60 days; 3) allergic to any components of UC-MSCs; 4) allergic to penicillin; 5) history fo branchial asthma; 6) acute infection; 7) chronic infection of HIV, HBV, HCV; 8) poor compliance.
