Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Peripheral blood samples were obtained 400 LN patients who received immunosuppressive therapy in Shanghai First Peoples Hospital.The approval of the Medical Ethics Committees of the respective institutions and informed consent from all patients were obtained for the collection of additional venous blood during routine clinical management of the patients. Aged 16 to 80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refuses to attend the laboratory examination and treatment.
